Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product for a full/partial refund or an exchange. Please find our Refund Policy below for more information.

Eligibility for Refund and Exchanges

The item to be returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete the return process, and issue a refund, a receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.,
All items to be returned and refunded must be returned within 3 days, including sale items and items purchased with promotional discounts.
All items excluding the items that are marked as gifts will be issued to the original payment method and in the original tender currency (unless otherwise stated)

The following items cannot be returned.

Personalized accessories or items (unless error was made on my part and I have been notified)
Defective or broken items
Personalized items and digital downloads,
Opened/unsealed products.
Products with any odor or stains
For defective or damaged products, please contact me same day product was received to arrange are fund or exchange.

What types of transportation do you offer?

We offer a variety of transportation options including flights, trains, buses, and car rentals.

Do you offer guided tours?

Yes, we offer guided tours with experienced and knowledgeable guides in many of our destinations.

What is your policy on travel insurance?

Though it is not required, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to protect your booking against unforeseen circumstances. Travel Insurance fees vary upon your package. You can select the travel protection that I offer your or provide your own.

Is there a research fee?

Yes. Your one-time research fee covers my time and efforts put in to getting you the best deal possible. * This fee does not apply to any payment plans or deposits. *This fee is non-refundable.

Couples, Groups of 4, and Solo Travelers - $25
Groups of 5-10 people - $50
Groups of 10-15 people - $100
Groups of 20 or more - $200

How many options are provided?

I will provide you with 2 options to choose from based on the information you've provided. You may only select ONE destination. You will be allowed to request a revision ONE TIME, at no additional cost if the options presented are not to your liking.

You will have one full week (7 days) to select an option. If you do not select an option, I will assume you do not wish to move forward with the booking. If you wish to make a revision you must send me a message within that weeks' time frame. *Revision is only permitted for the same info provided on the travel inquiry form. Any new research or destination requests will be subject to a new fee.

What is your turnaround time?

Couples, Groups of 4, and Solo Travelers - 24-72 Hours
Groups of 5-10 people - Up to 5 Days
Groups of 10-15 people - Up to 7 Days
Groups of 20 or more - Up to 10 Days

*Note: Research fee is due prior to any research.

Is a deposit required? Is my rate guaranteed?

Deposit amounts vary based on the type of package or accommodation you want.

Any travel package that includes flights will require a deposit.

It is highly recommended that once you receive your quotes and you select an option, you make your deposit ASAP. Travel is at an all-time high and our suppliers can change their prices at any given time.

A deposit secures your quote.

Can I self book?

Absolutely! If no research is needed, and you're ready to book simply click on "Book Now" on the page
